Chilled Avocado Soup with Orange Chutney

Chilled Soup:
2 Ripe Avocados
1 C. Vegetable Stock
1 C. OJ
1/2 C. Plain Yogurt
1/4 C. Red Onion
1/4 C. Cilantro
2 Garlic Cloves
1 T. Orange Zest
1 T. Fresh Ginger

Mince garlic, cilantro & ginger. Chop red onion. Combine all ingredients in blender. Chill until ready to serve.

Chutney:
3 T. Orange Marmalade - 1 T. Red onion - 1 Small Garlic Clove
2 t. Red Wine Vinegar - 1/8 t. Red Pepper - Salt & Pepper (to taste)

Mince onion & garlic. Combine all ingredients. Drizzle over soup right before serving.
