Sayin' Goodbye

Yesterday we passed this amazing creature.
And I bound out of the vehicle, found my space amidst
a slew of photographers & took the shot.

Our time here has been filled with lifelong memories & our days on the Snake River are no exception.
Bald Eagles circled over head, the sun shone warmly on our backs and the guide
was exceptionally patient & good lookin'.... thanks Hubby!

But our time here has come to an end.

And like that day so many years ago, when we drove our u-haul
east, there is sadness. I love the west. The rugged beauty of the landscape and the
wildness of this place are unmatched.
Jackson Hole brims with laid-back kindness and exceptional coffee.

My children are eager to see their friends and extended family. But I think the sunny days
filled with berry picking, froggin', fishing, hiking, jumping waterfalls, spotting wildlife,
and spending Sundays in our favorite church will all be missed.
